Very Good
The property offered free welcome drinks from 3pm to 10pm. The staff were very polite and very helpful. The location was about a 10-minute walk to Namba station central area and 15 minutes to Dotonburi.

What was the highlight of WELLSTAY Namba
Love with buts.
It's location and price is pretty good. From the picture it's looks awesome too. You can change towels and the pajamas everyday no problems. But need to take note that the reception counter is open from 9am to 11pm, very reasonable but if you are out the entire day then you might want to take note of that. Bathroom is pretty spacious. There is free coffee available from 9am to 11pm. So similarly, if you are out from 7 or 8am then you will need to prepare your own morNing drinks. Theres no breakfast available. Take note of that but there is a convenient store nearby and a few restaurants nearby within 10 mins walking distance. They dun hold luggages for you but there is a coin locker available. If you leave your luggage unattended, they will put them in the locker and you will need to pay 500 yen. Staff are very nice! Can speak English too. Price is very reasonable.
The room has some dust here and there. Don't get the quadruple room if you have luggage. Cos it's pretty cosy to night be a little cramp if you need to pack huge luggage's. Choose the huge quadruple room instead. There's a free coffee machine but I'm not too sure if it is regularly clean as in the hot water option I can taste a faint sense of coffee. So there are a few option on the coffee machine, hot coffee, ice coffee (to put ice first), light coffee and hot water. There's also a ice machine next to it. So in conclusion it's water with coffee smell. I think the pipes of the dryer might need some cleaning as it took forever to dry. And some were pretty dusty...

Good with some minor issues
Beds were big, rooms were clean and lobby was nice
We were there for 4 days and we werent sure how or who would empty our trash. Also, would be nice to have 2 pillows. Lastly, 10am checkout is too early.

Convenient, clean and friendly.
Convenient location, friendly staff and cheap luggage long term luggage lockers. Had everything we needed despite the very small size of the room.
It wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some - the ladder up to the top bunk felt a bit slippery.
